These are two separate but related points. We will be providing personalisation capabilities so the system can be tailored to individual customer requirements, but we will also be looking at ways the system can learn to better serve individual customers without the retailer having to do anything or punch in the details manually into the administration system.

One such example of personalisation is that the system can learn from the categories, products and searches performed by the user and provide featured and recommended products based on this viewing history.

However this on its own isn't enough, but by analysing the success of a myriad of combinations, combined with elegant functionality, innovations, options and preferences for your customer in how they interact with the website, we are sure we can provide little improvements that added together should make a big impact on the overall order conversion levels.
