Getting started running your store

We want to make every aspect of your day to day use of the system as easy as possible. Now and in the future we will look at any and every way we can continue to make it simpler, easier and generally more efficient.

Everyone who starts using the system is automatically set onto the free 'Getting started' plan. This plan is available for a limited time, after which you will have the option to switch onto the 'Standard' or the 'All in' plan depending on the functionality you need and the price you'd like to pay. The 'Getting started' plan includes everything so that you can make a fully informed decision about whether to move onto the 'Standard' or 'All in' plan subsequently.

You can also extend the time you remain on the 'Getting started' free plan by demonstrating that you are making every effort to use the system during this period and making every effort to add your content, set up the site for the search engines and generally make it as great as possible. We guide you through this process, it's just up to you to put the time in.
